Stock Horse of Wisconsin (S.H.O.W.) is dedicated to the purpose of promoting ranch horsemanship throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states.  We are proud to bring you unique opportunities that help you and your horse become more confident and safe in a variety of settings.

Founding members of this club, established in 2005, are dedicated to advancement of horsemanship skills in its members and those participating in its events. S.H.O.W. events will be different than those offered in most areas.  S.H.O.W. offers ranch work events and competition, something you’re not able to find in a lot of areas.

Riders who would like to learn more about true horsemanship, controlling ALL parts of the horse’s body in ALL situations, will appreciate this club.  Members of the club have been riding with and learning from  such greats as Ray Hunt, Jack Brainard, Jody Brainard, Joe Wolter, Bryan Neubert and Lee Smith.  These members all appreciate the hard work and dedication needed to truly become one with your horse, and they also know that there are not a lot of opportunities to share those skills.  They bring years of experience and leadership to this new club, and are excited to move horsemanship in Northeast Wisconsin in a new direction.

In 2010, we will be hosting one ranch working competition (fall), a spring ranch fun show/clinic, as well as coordinating the clinics held at Idlewild Farms, as well as again hosting the Drill Team competition on August 7, 2010 at the Fairgrounds in Sturgeon Bay.
